Reviews from Real Customers

What are customers saying about Neutrogena Microdermabrasion Starter Kit?

Allen shares: "Using this product, burned my face severely. My entire face was broken out in sunburn like blisters. Both of my eyes are now extremely sensitive and painful."

Kelly shares: "I used it for a week and a half and all it did was dry out my skin and cause a weird burn rash and now my skin looks worse."

Giuditta shares: "So sad to see the ingredients; there are parabens and other ingredients that many health experts report are toxic to human beings."

Debra shares: "Neutrogena was one of the last products I trusted would always perform, has really let me down. I've used these refill pads for years, and this time they were different. My skin felt scraped, not smooth like the original pads. Now, I ask, why change a good thing? I'm very disappointed in Neutrogena."

Jacki shares: "The adhesive that holds the pads in place came off of my refill head. Now the pads will not stay at all. Really sad since it happened after 2 pads. I threw my old one out. That's the hard part of buying online. Not as easy to return or exchange."

Amy shares: "Yes, it definitely exfoliates. I was super careful with it since reviewers said they had skin damage for weeks. The chemical in the exfoliating pads is very abrasive to the skin. I barely used it on my face and my skin was super dried out. Again, I do not have sensitive skin. Be careful."

Juhls shares: "I tried it tonight. I was able to use it for 1 minute per area, but it was hard to get through the whole minute. The device is literally a vibrator. It was actually quite painful to use it around my nose and forehead. I won't be using the device again. It gave me a migraine."
