It's an antineoplastic agent and direct VEGFR2 antagonist which blocks the binding of natural VEGF.
Ramucirumab Dosage
Days 1 and 15: take ramucirumab at 8 mg/kg IV; days 1,8, and 15: take paclitaxel at 80 mg/m. Repeat cycle every 28 days. Continue till cancer improves or proves unacceptable.

Ramucirumab Side Effects
Common side effects may include:
- spasms or back pain

- dizziness, faintness, or lightheadedness when rising suddenly from sitting or lying position
